Steps to Reproduce

Start with NetBox v4.4.x
Create a cable between two interfaces
Upgrade to NetBox v4.5.0-beta1
Change the profile of the cable (currently null) to 1C1P

Expected Behavior

The cable should be saved with the selected profile.

Observed Behavior

An IndexError exception is raised:
