Steps to Reproduce

Upgrade to v4.5.0 from v4.4.8, with existing device, interface, etc objects.
Login to web UI and navigate to /dcim/interfaces/

Expected Behavior

/dcim/interfaces/ loads

Observed Behavior

/dcim/interfaces/ does not load within 30 second timeout
