It would be great it custom fields could have conditionial visibility (both on edit forms and views)

the condition could be written in a way similar to how custom links have a jinja defined field to them.
if that field parses out as "True" or "False" it would define if the field is visible

Use case

Some fields dont need to be visible unless they relate to specific products or setups.
eg:
i have a custom field for bpduguard on interfaces. i only want that to be visible if the manufactuer is cisco or other network vendors that support that feature
i have a custom field for "lag-type" attached to interfaces. i only want that to be visible if the type of port is set to lag

on devices i have fields related to dell specific option (drac firmware version, service express code etc). i only what that to be visible id the device manufactuere is dell
