Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to Customization > Tags
Click "Add" to create a new tag
Enter a name (e.g., "test")
Clear the default weight value (1000) from the Weight field
Click "Create"

Expected Behavior

The weight field should be required and prevent form submission with a validation error.

Observed Behavior

Form submission fails with a database-level IntegrityError:

<class 'django.db.utils.IntegrityError'>

null value in column "weight" of relation "extras_tag" violates not-null constraint
DETAIL:  Failing row contains (test, test, 2026-01-07 14:22:55.063816+00, 2026-01-07 14:22:55.063841+00, 5, 9e9e9e, , null).

The form UI doesn't indicate the field is required (no asterisk), but the database schema enforces NOT NULL, causing a crash instead of form validation feedback.
