Proposed functionality

add a readonly field to the mac_address api serializer that reports if the mac address is set as primary on its related interface

Use case

on the mac address api view, its not currently possible to see if a mac address is set as a primary of an interface without also looking up the interface its attached to and checking if its primary on the related interface

being able to see if the mac address is primary would reduce api calls i need to make
