Steps to Reproduce

Circuit type does not apply ownership correctly.

(Note that the field for owner is rendered twice on the form (even on the demo site))

Create owner object
Create or edit existing circuit type
Select owner from dropdown
Save

Expected Behavior

Ownership info is displayed at the top of the page

Additionally, we should see the owner object showing circuit type under related object, but this isn't the case.

Observed Behavior

No error messages appear in the UI, but the circuit-type ownership is missing when viewing the object. The form also fails to load existing ownership data, indicating that the information is not being saved to the database.
