Proposed functionality

With this feature request, I would like to expand the functionality of cable profiles by allowing users to create custom cable profiles. This should allow users to set a descriptive name for cable profiles, as well as enable them to model more cable types.

Use case

The proposed feature would allow users to model all types of cables without having to upstream their creation into the NetBox repository. In our case, we would like to model large fiber optic cables that include anywhere from 2 to 144 ports (with 2 fibers per port) , which would simply not be feasible to upstream for every variant.
