Cable "Create & Add Another" does not carry over termination types #357

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to /dcim/cables/add/
Select a termination type for Side A (e.g., "Interface")
Select a device and interface for Side A
Select a termination type for Side B (e.g., "Interface")
Select a device and interface for Side B
Select a cable type
Click "Create & Add Another"

Expected Behavior

The new cable form pre-populates the termination types and devices from the previous cable, allowing quick creation of multiple similar cables.

Observed Behavior

The redirect URL contains a_terminations_type=None&b_terminations_type=None. Since the termination type is invalid, the form renders without device/port fields. No information carries over.

The cause is CableEditView.get_extra_addanother_params() in netbox/dcim/views.py:3908-3909 reads termination types from request.GET, but the form submits them via request.POST:
