Steps to Reproduce

create a device model and a device in netbox
view that device eg /dcim/devices/1

device model and manfacturer is not shown

Expected Behavior

device manufacturer and device model is shown

Observed Behavior

device manufactuere and device model is missing. however "parent device" is shown. which is weird for a device that doesnt have a parent device
