Steps to Reproduce

1: create a custom field of type decimal. eg "purchase value" and assign it to device object.
2: create a device. set the value of the custom field to 0.0
3: goto the device view page /dcim/devices/1

Expected Behavior

"Purchase Value" custom field should show as 0.0

Observed Behavior

"Purchase Value" custom field shows with the dashes that normally implies an unset field
