Steps to Reproduce

Go to Organization -> Locations
Go to Filters tab
Select any tenant group (including None option) and write anything in "Search" field
Click Search

Expected Behavior

Expect to get filtered locations list

Observed Behavior

Get Server Error "Cannot combine a unique query with a non-unique query"
