Proposed Changes

Create a CLAUDE.md file in the project's root directory. This should include:

A high-level description of NetBox
Its architecture
Project & app hierarchies
Development environment setup
Best practices, styling, etc.
Anything else that seems relevant

Justification

This provides a consistent context for Claude Code and similar AI agents.
