Steps to Reproduce

Proceed to the Site Groups via Organization > Site Groups
Create a new Site Group
In a newly created Site Group click on a button +Add in the bottom section called Child Groups

Expected Behavior

Add a new site group page should open.

Observed Behavior

Add a new region page is displayed.
