Steps to Reproduce

Create a Rack
Create a Device Type and upload front and rear images (I used HPE/ProLiant-DL385-Gen10-Plus-v2 from the device-type library)
Create a Device of above Device Type and assign the to the Rack in any face/position
Navigate to Racks / Elevations
On the top bar, select "Images and Labels", "Images only", and "Labels only"

Expected Behavior

In the Rack Elevations page:

Selecting "Images and Labels" should show devices images with labels on top
Selecting "Images only" should show only device images
Selecting "Labels only" should show only text labels

Observed Behavior

Changing the value of the drop-down has no effect; the page displays images and labels no matter what you select. I was able to reproduce this in multiple deployments:

netbox helm chart 6.0.58 (v4.3.4) with official container images
netbox helm chart 6.0.58 (v4.3.4) with plugins installed
demo instance of netbox

Below, you can see that I have selected "Labels only" but you see the images

This worked in both v4.3.2 and v4.3.3 as I have used this functionality extensively for demos.
