Steps to Reproduce

switch netbox to feature branch
have plugin installed (like branching)
go to the Branches list view
click on the top level buttons for either "Add", "Import" or "Export"

Expected Behavior

The view should appear

Observed Behavior

A Page not Found Error will occur.

I think the root issue is the URL resolver is not taking into account the "plugins:" at the start of the URL namespace when doing url resolution.
