Steps to Reproduce

Create a notification group & event rule
Trigger at least one notification
Open the user's notifications list
Attempt to bulk delete notifications

Expected Behavior

Bulk deletion should be possible using the "delete selected" button beneath the notifications list.

Observed Behavior

The "delete selected" button is missing.
