Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to "Virtualization" -> "Virtual machines"
Filter by tag
Select "Select all xx machines matching query"
Click "Edit Selected"

Expected Behavior

Bulk edit is only applied to the xx virtual machines that match the filter.

Observed Behavior

Bulk edit is applied to all virtual machines.
