Can somebody tell me, how or in which file could I change size of notifications to make them smaller?

Also is it possible to make workspaces take more space, because at the bottom, there is a pretty big empty gap. I am taking about those 'dot patterns' at the bottom, how to move them down?

I tried scaling them, but then UI gets cut and those dots stay in the same place.
