Currently, when adding a new database, the files are stored in the default location, making it difficult to identify or organize them in S3 or R2 buckets.

It would be great to allow users to set a custom prefix or directory name for each new database. This would make it easier to manage multiple databases in the same bucket and improve clarity when browsing storage.
