Is it possible to create an access to Google Drive with an ID for the folder and by creating a Service Account with a credential file in JSON as rclone ( https://rclone.org/drive/) or this small github project (https://github.com/appzic/backup-psql-to-gdrive)?

I think that seems simpler.
