I need to restore a saved storage configuration, in my case specifically Rclone.

The problem is that when I try to edit it, a blank field appears.

If, for security reasons, the field is not displayed, I would at least ask for the option to add a setting (disabled by default) that allows all currently saved storage configurations to be displayed when one is modified.
