Hi there,

I've created the storage with an FTP type, with the path configuration set to backup/ecoms. So even though I was successful with the testing connection, I got the error "msg="Failed to upload file to FTP" fileId=bf13b787-6bdf-47a4-aa5d-06dc54443ab7 error="553 Can't open that file: No such file or directory" when backing up. And I was able to fix it by using only backup for the path (it worked). But I need to categorize the backup file. So any ideas on this?
