Description
When you browse to File Manager and click Add New button, the Menu that pop up is Empty. The same is true for the context menu that pops up when you right-click a particular file in the file manager.
How to reproduce
After installing on DigitalOcean
Go to file manager and click Add New button
The Menu that pops up is empty
