Description

Trying to edit files like wp-config.php and the file editor is loading an empty file.

How to reproduce

Go to file manager and edit a file, eg. wp-config.php.

Edit: it actually seems to only affect wp-config.php. Other files load into the editor as expected. Files are all at same permission levels.
