CloudPanel version(s) affected

v2.2.2

Description

I am facing this weird issue, I suddenly see database issue on my wordpress website, to find out what's wrong i logged in to my cloudpanel account, under the instances section i saw the MySql service was not running. The same thing happened today

Last time i had issue i did the following thing:
changed admin password
upgraded cloudpanel version

But it seems something is still not working, also there is no way i can turn off any of the running instances, all i have is a restart button so it was a accidental thing too

How to reproduce
