CloudPanel version(s) affected

2.5.3

Description

Hello,
I am reporting a critical issue with CloudPanel under severe network restrictions. Due to the current war-state conditions and extreme internet filtering in my country, many international connections are blocked.

While the hosted websites are functioning normally, the CloudPanel interface is partially broken. I can access the main Admin Dashboard, but as soon as I click on "Site Settings" or try to manage a specific site, the system returns a 500 Internal Server Error.

I am extremely concerned about the safety of my data in this unstable situation. My primary goal is to secure my information and perform a full backup before things escalate, but the UI error is preventing me from doing so.

Since I cannot access the UI, could you please provide the specific CLI commands or a manual method to trigger a full backup per sites and databases via SSH? This is urgent due to the current crisis

How to reproduce

in to the CloudPanel Admin Dashboard (Status: Works fine).

Click on any existing site in the list to manage its settings.

The page attempts to load but eventually fails with a 500 Internal Server Error.

This issue consistently occurs when outbound traffic from the server to certain external APIs or repositories is blocked/filtered

Possible Solution

No response
