Description
i am having an issue where the installation of the cloud panel gets stuck at 97% i have tried it 3 times now on different shapes on Oracel and even locally. but it never goes past 97% the longest time i have let it try was 4 hours.
How to reproduce
i have tried to install it on a VM.Standard.E2.1.Micro (Always Free-eligible) and a VM.Standard.A1.Flex (Always Free-eligible) the second shape had 4vcores and 24GB of RAM. and i tried to install it on my local server. but it never goes past 97%
