Description

PageSpeed Setting are not valid, error message: nginx: [emerg] invalid condition "$http_user_agent" in /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/www.cccc.com.conf:59 nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test failed

How to reproduce

Create the STATIC website
go to site setting
turn on the PageSpeed
see error PageSpeed Setting are not valid
