Description

Since I updated to newest version, newly created wordpress website has problem with credentials. Username and Password of site user do not work, I also tried to login with admin to change password, still can't login.

How to reproduce

In my case, I updated CloudPanel from 2.3.0 to 2.3.1 and then go to create a wordpress website. Username and Password that given do not work. When I try to change password using admin account, still not working.
