Description

Dear CP Support,

Whenever we create a new site, unable to see or view the new files we creating or drag-dropping or adding over FileZila/ SFTP.

  1. I have created a file by "Add New" button, unable to see that.
  2. Created couple of folders by the same method, it shows in the Tree area but have not seen in the main window.
  3. I have added files through the FileZilla/ SFTP, but the result is same. (I wanted to extract a Zip file to move a site to Cloud Panel)
  4. Updated the CloudPanel to the latest version 2.3.1.
  5. As suggested in the document, we reset the files and folders permission by clpctl system:permissions:reset --directories=770 --files=660 --path=.

Kindly advice, what more should I do to resolve this issue?
I have raised this issue over Discord, unfortunately there is no proper solution.
