Description
I selected the timezone Asia/Kolkata during CloudPanel setup but after that, CloudPanel still shows "Timezone UTC" in admin/instance/settings.
How to reproduce
Selected "Asia/Kolkata" during setup but CloudPanel showing UTC in admin/instance/settings
