Description
Admin panel is extremely slow for any action.
How to reproduce
I setup a new dedicated server on Hetzner, with Ubuntu 22.04.
After upgrading to 24.04 (do-release-upgrade) and rebooting, I can confirm that it's upgraded.
The server shows 96 CPU cores and 377 GB RAM.
Once the setup finishes, I open the url for cloudpanel admin and login.
It takes a very long time (1.56 seconds) to navigate to any page on cloudpanel (including login).

Things work, just extremely slow.
