Description
there are critical security updates for PHP reported(https://www.heise.de/news/Sicherheitsupdates-PHP-8-3-12-und-8-2-24-stopfen-kritische-Sicherheitslecks-9955863.html). it seems the clp repository for Ubuntu (https://d17k9fuiwb52nc.cloudfront.net jammy) is not updated yet.
