Help someone solve this problem. I install PHP Script site and pop up this problem. On a regular cloud hosting the script is installed. But not completely because there is not enough resource cloud hosting. That's why I bought a VPS server and installed your operating system with which I have been fucking for several days and can not find the reason for this error

I have already tried all the settings that were possible for all folders. I set the rights to 777 but tried other options 775 and so on.
