Description
When trying to log into the control panel again (also log into the phpmyadmin admin panel), the panel language changes to English, ignoring the fact that the language was changed beforehand.
How to reproduce
After a while, try to re-enter the control panel (also the phpmyadmin panel, here https://panel/pma/site/db), the language will change to English.
