Explain in detail what your suggested feature would be used for.

Our group moderates instances by age to keep minors safe from adults. We run solely 18+ Group Public instances. All of our moderators utilize VRC's Note feature to verify users ages. If Notes could be added to the Player List tab, this would allow our moderators to quickly locate people who have no data and have not been verified.

Describe how it would look if it requires a UI.

This would simply be one additional Tab in the Player List view. Preferably sortable and close to Username. Between Username and Status would be ideal.

Explain why people would want to use it.

This would allow people to sort friends by their notes for a User. Or in the case of moderation / age verification which has become more prevalent with the addition of Group Instances, would allow a simple tool to assist in verifying and sorting by age or other criteria the Group may wish to track.
