VRChat added some languages that don't have flags in VRCX at the moment. While all of them should eventually be updated with their respective flags, which may or may not deserve its own issue to track progress, I'm opening this because Toki Pona doesn't belong to any country and is thus lacking an obvious flag. However, this one seems to be generally accepted in the community and would fit nicely:
