Explain in detail what your suggested feature would be used for.

VRCX would possibly benefit from having an indicator or something that let's you know if you've recently requested on someone or invited someone. Possibly can adjust time limit like "You requested on this person within the last hour or so." Mainly cause I'm realising how often I forgot I already requested on someone and want to avoid that awkwardness because my memory has been increasingly shit as of late.

Describe how it would look if it requires a UI.

Could do something like a 🕒 next to the request/invite options in the drop down in the user dialog to visually indicate at a glance that you've recently requested/invited this person. If you try to request/invite while on a cool down, you'll get a confirm window with a timer shown of remaining time left. (you can still confirm your choice to request/invite again.) The timer could be custom set to however many minutes or hours you want in the settings.

It'd be a very handy thing especially for social experiences and QoL to have some kind of indication when you've recently invited / requested on a friend as sometimes people can forget if they had done so, and usually repeated invites / requests can possibly lead to awkward interactions.
