Explain in detail what your suggested feature would be used for.
The ability to select 2 users or friends and merge the join count, note/memo, time together, and date friended together. This would have the information added to one of the users similar to a name change. It should automatically preform or prompt this action when a user unfriends and another user friends in a short period of time from an event like account type change.

Describe how it would look if it requires a UI.
An additional option in the meatball menu next to a user to "merge user data" it would allow you to select a user to merge the data with.

Explain why people would want to use it.
Friends often change accounts from oculus or steam to vrchat and data during this change is lost. This is annoying. This feature could also work after a friends account that has been banned or lost. A more complicated version could exist for when a friend has multiple alts.
