Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Instance user counter gets randomly missing.
Exiting the page and open it again fixes it most of the time.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to "Feed"
Click on any of the online friend with visible location in the Friend Panel
Instance user counter / capacity indicator randomly disappears
Close the page and open it again often fixes it

Expected behavior

The instance user counter and capacity indicator should show up at the first place.
Or if it needs some time to be loaded, should be shown after loaded.
