Describe the bug
Newest version no longer filters to public avatars when you type "public" in the search box for the Feed when selecting Avatar. Now it just shows any avatar with "public" in the name. I couldn't find any documentation on how to get the previous behavior back.

To Reproduce
Go to Feed
Choose Avatar tab
Type 'public' in search box and hit enter
Only results with "public" in name are shown

Expected behavior
Go to Feed
Choose Avatar tab
Type 'public' in search box and hit enter
Filters list to all public avatars

What version you are running
2026.02.11
