Describe the bug
VRCX mouse input in the GUI takes hover and click cues just two pixels below where the operating system mouse normally works.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Simply hover over the GUI elements and note the very slight pixel offset on hovered content and on clicked content.

Expected behavior
Pointer origin is quite well mapped by all other GUI on the system, behavior should be unified.
