Explain in detail what your suggested feature would be used for.
Being able to modify the order of groups in the group tab and enabling a different UI for Friends and Groups.
I have also made a different UI allowing to view both friends and groups in same windows.
I've take a pretty long time to edit screenshot of the UI in order to show how it could look so I hope you'll take the time to look at them.

Describe how it would look if it requires a UI.
Could have a button that would show 3-stripes icon next to groups so we can drag them to change their places (or smtg easier cause idk if it's doable)
Also, like the friends tab, if a group is hosting multiple instances we'd have an arrow to expend or not the instances

Explain why people would want to use it.
In VRC itself we can change group order (even tho they did it badly) and it would be great to also be able to manage the order of group showing in the group tab.
Also, there is public groups where anyone can create an instance and so the group tab is being floaded, it would be nice to be able to expend or collapse the list.
