Update zh_TW.json (#1069)

Feature Implementation

Added a setting to enable the feature.
Friends can be grouped as fav or normal, but not mixed.
Changed the display under the nickname to show instance time.
The timer includes a travel indicator.
Instances are clickable, displaying a popup.

Known Issues

Components are not well-organized.
Initial load causes flickering.
Styles need more attention.
