align src/localization/ja/en.json file with src/localization/en/en.json
translated untranslated parts of the aligned files.
edited some typos and mistranslated to make them correct.

I tried to follow the first translator as much as possible, but it may have changed a lot.
Please feel free to point out any problems. :)
