Explain in detail what your suggested feature would be used for.
Group alarm

Describe how it would look if it requires a UI.
Will look like a normal notify but as red (color prefer for the color blind users)

Explain why people would want to use it.
It will help stop the members AKA crashers/gang members that if they join and "hangout" that alarm will trigger of what group you put in! Will still alarm you when group user joins before they land into the server that would be ready for that user.

This idea came from banlogger (it's a great community to protect for the members keep in safe place for them!) so this can help alot!
I've got over 200 groups of crasher members that need be listed thru VRCX (if you able do it... this gonna be a HUGE game changer!)
