"Start minimized" and "Minimize to tray when closing" when disabled by the user should prevent the tray icon from appearing.

In the current point, the tray icon is still in the notification area in linux.

Tested with latest stable version of KDE desktop on fedora 41 and the latest VRCX appimage.
