[Bug] VRCX_20250301 doesn't work on Linux #515

Describe the bug
When opening up VRCX_20250301.AppImage on the latest Pop!_OS, it doesn't, unlike VRCX_20250131.
If opened up thru console, it prints this then exits:

VRCX
Please install .NET 9.0 Runtime "dotnet-runtime-9.0" to run VRCX.

This happened thru the updater and thru direct installation from the web as well.
