Explain in Detail What Your Suggested Feature Would Be Used For

This feature adds a new page to VRCX that analyzes historical data to calculate and display friends' online frequency at a period of time. It helps users determine the best times to play VRChat together.

This can be a completely new implementation or a merge of: vrcx-optimal-time.
It was once mentioned here: VRCX Issue #432. And this issue make it a formal feature request.

Describe How It Would Look If It Requires a UI

A dedicated page displaying an Online Frequency/Time Graph is preferred, showing the Online Frequency over:

Hours in a day
Days in a week

This visualization would help users quickly identify optimal playtimes.

Explain Why People Would Want to Use It

VRChat is an international game with players across multiple time zones. Coordinating play sessions with friends in different time zones can be challenging.

A time graph forecasting when friends are typically online would allow users to adjust their own schedules accordingly, making it easier to meet and play together.
