Explain in detail what your suggested feature would be used for.
It would be very helpful if VRCX could natively issue an email change for your account

Describe how it would look if it requires a UI.
Simply a button in the settings menu. The email should need to be re-typed just like on the vrc website to ensure it's written correctly

Explain why people would want to use it.
My friend was nearly locked out because she lost access to her vrchat email and wasn't logged in on the vrc website. I was able to re-use VRCX's authcookie to get her logged in, but a native feature would have saved a few hours of panic and research
